I believe that wellness starts from within and everyone can have the ability to truly become who they are.

How I got into coaching

I got into coaching because I reached rock bottom in my personal life. On the outside all looked fine, but inside was a dark and deep emptiness.

I was stuck in my mind and could not see a way out of the horrifying wounds that manifested themselves in low self-esteem, depression, self-harm and anxiety. I experienced first-hand the acts of destruction of being exposed to secretive abuse over a period of 20 years.

Things changed for me when I started to connect with myself through Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), meditation and spirituality. This path not only made a huge difference in my life but it also revealed why we as human beings hang onto our false beliefs, limited decisions and thought processes.

Through my life experience and professional career as a pastor of a church for more than a decade, NLP practitioner and counsellor, I have become a mindset and relationship expert. My passion is to help others to free the chains, recover and live life to the full, as it should be. Why? Because you deserve to be happy. We all do.

My beliefs and values

Take it one step at a time. Life can seem overwhelming sometimes, but Rome wasn’t built in a day. By taking little steps and breaking it into manageable steps it’s a lot easier to accomplish your objectives.

I will not let you lie to me, yourself, or the world about what you want. I am able to educate you in how to release toxic behaviours, negative emotions and limited decisions.

It is so empowering to let go of the victim mode and to take responsibility for your own actions and choices. However, taking ownership of your life and by one step at a time, will bring you closer towards making your dreams a reality.

If one way doesn’t work – there is always another way. Never give up. By looking at different concepts and strategies it is easier to figure out how things can work.

‘Perception is reflection’. Your own perception is mirrored by others, so how you present yourself is key to how you are viewed.

My hobbies

My physical passions include swimming, skiing, gym, walking and squash. My intellectual pursuits include reading books (mostly on self-development), and attending public speaking gigs like TEDx or taking part when an opportunity arises. What would boys be without their toys, I do love riding my motorbike and spending time on a boat listening to the ocean.

More about me

I love spending time with my family and friends as I believe they are an important part of who are. Travelling is always on the agenda. I have lived in 5 countries, Germany, Austria, Scotland, New Zealand and Australia (East & West) and have travelled to more than 50 countries around the world. My motto is “stop learning, stop living” and I love learning about different cultures, foods and traditions.

I believe giving back is as important as living your dreams. One of those moments was when my story was told in 2014 by Four Corners (ABC). To break the silence and publicly identify myself was one of the hardest things I ever did, but at the same time one of the most freeing experience I ever encountered.
